Letter from the Stake Presidency

To the Twin Falls Idaho West Stake Family:

Under the direction of President Jeffrey R. Holland, Acting President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, we are excited to announce the Twin Falls Idaho West Stake Conference will be held June 8-9. Presiding over the conference is Elder Corbin E. Coombs, Area Seventy.

The primary purpose of stake conference is to deepen our love and strengthen our faith in Jesus Christ as we are instructed and uplifted through the power of the Holy Ghost. Please plan to worship with us and prayerfully consider friends of other faiths you might invite to join us.

In preparation for Stake Conference, we invite

All individuals and families to prayerfully study:

• Doctrine and Covenants Section 109

• “Rejoice in the Gift of Priesthood Keys” by President Russell M. Nelson

Ward and Stake council members and their presidencies, including secretaries

Saturday, June 8

This is for ward and stake council members and their presidencies, including secretaries.

7:00pm

Saturday Evening Adult Session

Twin Falls West Stake Center on North College

This is for individuals 18+, with a special invitation to graduating high school seniors and to all young adults.

Sunday, June 9

10:00am – 12:00pm

General Session of Stake Conference 

All are invited to attend. With limited space we ask you to attend the assigned building listed below. These assignments will rotate yearly so all members of the stake have the opportunity to participate in person with a visiting authority every other year.
